Ormonde, who was reportedly Steve Gibson's stepbrother, later joined The Red Caps for two recording sessions (November 1950 and February 1951).

Above: Label image of Leda 2004-B released in 1950. The Basin Street Boys also had releases on Exclusive (1946-48) and Mercury (1948).

Leda was a Philadelphia label. Note that composer "Irene Higgenbottom" shown on label is the same Irene Higginbotham that wrote many of The Five Red Caps' songs in the mid-1940's.
