The "Beacon/Joe Davis/Davis/Gennett" material has been re-mastered specifically for this CD. Sound quality is very good. Audio restoration by Dave Saviet. All selections are from the original 78-rpm records and transcription discs. There are 29 tracks (77 minutes), all vocal group harmony from 1940 to 1949. See the track listing below for more information. The CD is labeled and comes in a slim jewel case with a four page insert, which includes the track listing.
