Above: Label image of Mercury 70795 released in January 1956. "I Thought You'd Care" had been released by another Chicago group, The Gems, on Drexel in 1954, but sung in a rhythm and blues style. This was The Skyscrapers' last record and their only one on Mercury. They also had two records on Miracle (1947-49), one on States (1952) and one on Checker (1953).
