Bill Johnson was a saxophonist, clarinetist, band leader, singer, composer and arranger.

Above Right: Label image of RCA Victor 20-2298-A recorded on 3/5/47 and released in June 1947. It was Bill Johnson And His Musical Notes' third of eleven releases on RCA Victor (1947-48). They also had releases on Harlem (1947), Queen (1947), King (1949), Regal (1951), and Tru-Blue (1954).

NOTE: The flip side is an instrumental named "Sharkey's Boogie." "Sharkey" was Eglebert Victor's nickname and the song features his piano playing.
